Equal parts impressive and disappointing

The breakfast was good, and the staff were very friendly which made for a welcoming stay.

The bathroom cleanliness could use improvement, and noise from other rooms disrupted my sleep.

The breakfast was delicious and varied each day.

Our mini fridge went out, ruining our leftovers from dinner. The tub had a broken stopper that was difficult to lift. The pool area smelled foul and wasn't clean, and there was mold in the yogurt during breakfast. Additionally, we found no bed bug protectors on the mattress.

We had a comfortable night with a great whirlpool tub in the room! The breakfast was tasty with good hot options. The air conditioning was a bit noisy and would wake us up.

We enjoyed a fantastic 2-night stay! The queen room was spacious and perfect for our family. The breakfast selection was delightful with something for everyone, and the staff were always accommodating and friendly. If you need pool towels, ask early since they can run low. Highly recommend!

Clean room, spacious room, had a lovely breakfast with plenty of options thanks to the diligent staff who ensured everything was well-stocked and tidy, and the location right across from convenient coffee shops like Starbucks made it easy to grab a quick caffeine fix before exploring the area.

The hotel is just a short walk from Bavarian Falls Park, making it super easy to enjoy some nature after a day of sightseeing, and the friendly staff made us feel right at home throughout our stay. If you're a fan of leisurely walks, the City Elk Park is only a bit over two kilometers away and offers lovely views.
